Full Day Boat Trip
Start 10 am to Dolphin Bay where you usually spot Dolphins swimming & playing.
Pass through “Hollywood” to see the Stars (Starfish). Continue to Coral Cay for snorkling, beautiful reefs and colorful fish. Enjoy lunch at one of the restaurants in Coral Cay …..or ask us to pack a picnic lunch for you! And maybe Margaritas too!
Continue on to Isla Zapatilla , GORGEOUS uninhabited island, part of the protected National Marine Park. Enjoy 1-2 hours swimming, lounging or walking along the beach.
Sail through the many mangrove islands on the way back to Bocas, circle around Sloth Island where you can usually see sloth in the trees. Head home around 4.
Red Frog Beach (on Isla Bastimentos)
Gorgeous wide sandy beach, big waves. Includes an easy 15 minute Jungle walk on the way to Red Frog Beach….Local kids usually find the tiny Red frogs to show tourists…..listen for Howler Monkeys, try to spot sloth in the trees.
($15 RT pp water Taxi, $5 entrance to National Marine Park)
Bastimentos Sky Zip Line: 7 Station Canopy Zip Line $55 Exhilarating!!!!! Zipping through the trees @ 200 meters above the jungle floor. ZipLine tours @ 10:00, 1:00 & 3:30 Reservations required.

Bluff Beach Wide soft sandy beach, big waves….except September & October when the currents lay flat and the sea is (usually) calm. Famous for Turtle nesting (April-August). Night Turtle Walks must be arranged with the Turtle Conservancy.
Enjoy lunch at Bluff Beach Oasis, or Island Plantation with seating right on the Beach Continue on bike, ATV or walking to “La Piscina”, Natural water pools.
Try the Jungle Juice & great food at “the Hummingbird”. Owner Gary always know where to find a sloth
Stop at Skully’s Pirate Bar on the way back for a swim/drink/laugh w Pirate Steve!

Jade Dragon Party Boat!!!! Very cool spacious catamaran with wide flat mid section for lounging and….. dancing!!!! Jump into the water from the top deck….or slide down the 20 ft slide.
Recommended trip….. Starfish Beach with snorkling stops on the way.

Go Horseback Riding Explore the beautiful countryside in Isla San Cristobal surrounded by jungle and stunning views, this trail ride is scenic and peaceful as you can ride through jungle hills and island paths with views of the Bocas islands and mountains.
Or choose to ride along Bluff Beach and on to natural water pools.
Carenero Island, the small island Cosmic Crab is on, has nice sandy beaches on the east side. 15 minute walk or $2pp water taxi to Bibi’s on the Beach. In front of Bibi’s is ‘the baby pool’, knee to waist high calm shallow water, great for lounging on a floatie. Good swimming area is also at Peter Kent’s Beach. Walk around the island, find shells, pieces of washed up coral, urchin shells, watch the surfers.
Aqua Lounge has slides, trampolines and swings for splashing into their multiple swimming holes.
